1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and limited nature of our merchandise, all sales are final. Please review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at ithadtobegod88@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue store credit.

3. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, let us know within 7 days so we can make it right at no additional cost to you.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer size or color exchanges. Please ensure you select the correct size and color at checkout.

5. Gift Returns

If you received an ItHadToBeGod item as a gift and there’s an issue, contact us with proof of purchase so we can assist.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or washed clothing

  • Items without original tags/packaging

  • Clearance or sale items
